Will Miguel Herrera stay as the Mexican National Team coach if Mexico qualifies to the World Cup.

On October 17 of this year Miguel Herrera, got appointed as the Mexican National Team coach after Jose Manuel De La Torre was fired for only getting 12 points out of 24 in 8 games and failing to qualify to the world directly. Luckily thanks to Mexico’s arch rival USA, Mexico managed to  pass to the playoff game against New Zealand and have another chance to qualify to the World Cup. On November 15, 2013 Mexico played New Zealand at home and won 5-1 with Herrera making the team feel and play completely different to the former coach’s team. Mexico now has a 4 goal lead and will play New Zealand, at New Zealand, but with high confidence and the ticket to Brazil almost in their pocket. If Mexico beats New Zealand and Qualifies to the World Cup it would be almost 100% that he will stay as the coach, only time will tell.
